Warranty:       T    Treasure State Tire Supplies, LLP warrants each new TIRE SAVER to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.  The obligation of TSTS under this warranty is limited to replacing the TIRE SAVER that shall, within 90 days after purchase, be returned to the distributor.  Replacement will be authorized after an examination by TSTS discloses it is a manufactures defect.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LUE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of TSTS.

TSTS makes no warranty with respect to the hub caps, tires, wheel assemblies, or other mechanics of the truck or trailer that the TIRE SAVER is attached to as they are usually warranted specially by the respective manufacturers of those items.

This warranty shall not apply to any TIRE SAVER that has been repaired or altered by anyone other than TSTS.  This warranty shall not apply to any TIRE SAVER subject to misuse due to commonon negligence or accident, nor to any TIRE SAVER that is not operated in accordance with the printed instructions of TSTS.  TIRE SAVERS must be kept clean to be fully visible.
